Prentke Romich is currently recruiting for Regional Consultant covering New York City and Northern NJ. This position are full-time, salaried (non-commission) job.

Regional Consultants represent PRC within a specific geographical territory. Their work includes demonstration of our products, providing inservice on Unity (our primary language program), our devices and other AAC topics, supporting AAC professionals delivering evaluation and therapy services and working with user groups, parents and other support groups. The position requires travel within the territory (most often by car) and opportunities for some national travel. Regional Consultants are also involved in marketing, product support and product development decisions for the company. PRC promotes and supports the highest standards of ethical practice.

Regional Consultants must have training as a speech-language pathologist, rehabilitation professional or special educator with direct experience in the evaluation and implementation of AAC systems. Our most successful consultants combine strong clinical knowledge, an understanding of the critical role of language development in AAC and excellent organizational and presentation skills. Candidates must have independent work skills. A passion for enabling and supporting users to achieve their full communication potential is required.
