At least once a week, I get a call from someone that says "My switch/interface isn't working." I then politely ask what software they are trying to operate with the switch, and most times, they can't answer that quickly because they are trying several programs. Finally, they figure out that I'm simply asking if it's IntelliPics, or my software, or First Words from Laureate, or something from Don Johnson. Then I ask, what is that software looking for, as the switch? Now I *really* lose them. They have no idea. They reply "For a switch."
