| Job Description : | This person will be a successful leader who is an expert in developing content and distributing it across several channels such as site, email, blogs, and organic social. This person will have a deep understanding of organic social media and the ever-changing world of it. This person will be able to effectively develop and connect content to drive organic social engagement as well as drive acquisition and engagement throughout the customer journey. Both content and Organic Social media strategy development are critical in this role. This person will work directly with HUB’s VP, of Acquisition and Loyalty. In addition, this person will help drive the voice of a new brand. It will be fresh, unique, and concise across all communications. This person will have experience writing content for Email, Video, Blogs, Flyers, DM, and more. Job Description Assist external agencies with developing and cultivating the new brand voice with a fresh, unique, and innovative perspective Execute leading content strategies across marketing campaigns applying test and learn strategies to continuously optimize results Have a strong understanding of organic social best practices and develop strategies that promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Lead projects to ensure they are meeting internal expectations/ achieving KPIs (or goals) Collaborate with other departments and teams (Creative, Marketing leaders, etc.) to coordinate and amplify marketing campaigns Identify and manage social communities and influencers Participate in creative and post development process Participate in evaluating success of paid strategy Maintain knowledge of key social media tools, best practices and emerging trends, including: Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok Digital management and monitoring tools (Hootsuite, Hootsuite Amplify, Ad Accounts, Hootsuite analytics, etc.) Social media measurement/analytics Social customer care Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in a digital marketing environment Experience developing and/or evolving a brand that drives growth Understanding of digital marketing and the intersection with social and content Deep social media expertise with experience in driving organic social media strategy and executing social media programs Specific hands-on experience with social marketing channels Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage time well, multitask and prioritize projects and tasks Excellent client service skills and positive attitude #LI-CE #LI-REMOTE #INDUS Department Marketing Required Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience Required Travel: Negligible Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran’s status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
