Job Description : Reporting to Vice President, Marketing, the Associate Manager, Marketing and Digital Content undertakes duties primarily in support of Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations and Patient Access. Specifically, this position is designed to provide service and support to the Company’s direct sales and distributor networks, its hospitals and surgeon customers, as well as supporting the Company’s sales and marketing initiatives, including a significant focus on online, direct to patient marketing programs and content generation. It is expected that work duties will occasionally include completing tasks in areas outside of your primary responsibility as needed to support the growth of the company.The position is based out of the Woburn office. Due to the nature of this position, some travel will be required. All activities should be compliant with the company quality policies to ensure appropriate control and compliance with both US/OUS regulations, as well as with the Company’s Business Code of Conduct, ADVAMED guidelines, and all local laws which may apply. The requirements of the position will evolve as the nature of the Company and product line mature.Primary Duties: This position supports Marketing and Sales team activities relating to the commercialization of Barricaid. This role specializes in the development of digital leads and the conversion process through surgery and assists in the coordination of all marketing related activities.RESPONSIBILITIES· Acts as primary marketing support contact for direct sales and distributor network· Develops, maintains, and manages marketing and training materials, sales tools, as well as collateral including brochures, manuals, PowerPoints, etc.· Develops, edits, and maintains content of Direct to Customer (DTC) digital marketing efforts including:Digital content – landing pages, flyers, microsites, etc.Video content production, including onsite filming with team – surgeon and patient testimonials, surgery videos, animationsLanding pagesSurgeon locatorSocial Media strategy and posts on channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.Lead flow and lead nurturing activities· Manages website, including updates, lead tracking and integration into CRM, customer journey, patient journey, and conversions· Supports organization, logistics and execution of Sales Training, Surgeon Medical Education Program, Company participation in third-party events (e.g., Trade Shows).· Responsible for DTC set-up for surgeon offices, reporting and lead tracking· Oversees the routing, approval, and digital filing of Marketing and related collateral in conjunction with quality· Oversees the management of physical inventory and digital collateral hub· Ensures all documentation is up to date, quality system compliant and in order· Regularly coordinates collateral requests, tradeshow requests, and other needs with Sales and other departments as necessary and in accordance with budget and established SOPs.Oversees management of samples, demo kits, tradeshow materials, marketing literature, and other items. This includes monitoring an online marketing literature portal and placing replenishment orders as necessary.Executes and coordinates US trade shows, peer to peer events, user groups, etc. Attend shows and conferences as needed.
