In this position, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and administering various external communications including, but not limited to blogs, website copy, bylined articles, electronic newsletters, and social media content.The ideal candidate is a skilled writer/communicator who works well under multiple deadlines and must exhibit crisp, active writing style, organization, and unyielding drive for accuracy. This position allows for creativity and professional growth within a supportive, collaborative, and innovative real estate marketing team.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Content Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following external communications duties:Research, writing and administration of blog contentCreation and administration of social media content across platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedInCreation of content for agent usage across various platforms including social media and newslettersCreation of content for digital newslettersCreation of website page contentResearch and writing of listing presentation collateralAssist in the research process of real estate reports and write contentAssist in the editorial research and copy-editing process of Prestige MagazineAssist with developing content/scripting of external-facing leadership videosAdditional external writing tasks as directedEducation & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or related field; or equivalent work experience.5 years’ experience working in writing, marketing, communications or related fieldsKnowledge and SkillsEffective oral and written communication skillsProficient skills in PC-based environment, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; proficient with online mass email communication toolsExperience in SEO content creationKnowledgeable using content management software, graphics editing tools, and HTMLWriting and editing skills and experience writing for different audiences using various formatsMust be detail-oriented and analytical with strong organizational skillsMust have the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment under tight deadlinesWeb and social media skillsMust have the ability to work independently, multi-task with ease and make educated decisionsExperience supporting real estate franchisor/franchisee a plusExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
