Develops calling scripts for telecounseling program.Collaborates with various units within the Office of Admission, the Division of Enrollment and Retention Management, and other areas of the University to develop written content for projects to support greater University- and Division-wide goals.Manages website and social media content for the Office of Admission, which includes collaborating with professional and student staff to develop new content when necessary, managing changes both anticipated and spontaneous, monitoring shifting web and social media needs, and periodically auditing existing content.
