|Job Description :||The Content Development Coordinator is primarily responsible for developing marketing education curriculum resources that meet the highest standards in education and online learning. This position will assist with developing new curriculum references and as well as refreshing the current curriculum in a timely manner. The Content Development Coordinator will work directly with the Senior Marketing Education Manager to deliver curriculum resources such as how-to guides, reference materials, and utilize current research to always keep content up to date. The Content Development Coordinator serve as a member of the academic management team. Within the organization, the position has primary working relationships with the Marketing Education Team, including the Agent Studio team and the greater Marketing Department. Required Skills: Training or professional experience in content design, written content development, graphic layouts, and technical writing High-level proficiency in writing, content development, or technical writing in an adult education setting Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and quality Ability to collaborate with inter-departmental team members to curate content in a meaningful way Willingness to participate in a team highly collaborative environment as well the ability to work in a self-directed manner Proven track record in building relationships with peers, staff, and supervisors Attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Duties and essential functions: Utilize research provided by subject matter experts to design curriculum resources such as class decks, how-to guides, reference materials Ensure that all content provides a cohesive learning experience as directed by the Senior Marketing Education Manager Ensure the curriculum meets or exceeds adult and online learning standards such as updating existing materials with the most updated information when necessary Curate new content from outside media channels that can complement the in-house/ instructor developed curriculum Produce talk tracks and script guides for select video record instruction and resource materials for select company event Evaluate and keep up to date on any new training programs, system updates, and other educational opportunities that are provided by the company and share best practices with the marketing team Upload and manage versions of content in the learning management system online Collaborate with the Agent Studio team to address needs in the online learning system for Agent/Manager instruction support Produce instructor training guides for our field marketing team on newly developed classes Compile feedback from instructors for regular content updates and improvements Learning Management Support: Upload and manage versions of content in the learning management system online Work with the Agent Studio team to address needs in the online learning system for agents Instructor Support: Produce instructor training guides on new content Compile feedback from instructors for regular content updates and improvements Attend and present on instructor training sessions as needed Employment Type Full-time Company The Corcoran Group About Us Realogy Holdings Corp.
