You have a few years’ experience under your belt, have stellar writing and communications skills, and an analytical mind. You can tell a great story that not only resonates, but drives action among prospects and customers alike. You’re a multi-tasker who can juggle multiple projects across various stakeholders. You’ve got a content portfolio and metrics that you’re proud to share. What’s the role all about? You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and the marketing team at large to collaborate on projects across product marketing, sales enablement, customer education, and other marketing functions. You’ll create a content strategy and calendar, and develop assets that facilitate prospect and customer outreach, including: email marketing content, blogs, webinars (topics, scripting, decks), social media posts, and more! You’ll also manage our social media presence, drive engagement, and identify / onboard influencers that will help get the word out about Signpost. What are the qualifications? A bachelor’s degree from a four-year university Demonstrated success with content marketing programs 2-3 years experience in SaaS; experience with SMB solutions is ideal Strengths in developing content for emails, webpages, social media, presentations, blog articles, and other prospect or customer-facing materials Experience with marketing automation programs: HubSpot and Braze preferred Understanding of SEO best practices A detail-oriented mindset and a bias for action A content portfolio highlighting writing capabilities and achievements (with metrics) Nice to have: proficiency in and knowledge of design programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and with video editing; experience with community and influencer management; interest in tradeshow management.
