|Job Description :||Job Summary This Content Marketing Specialist role is responsible for delivering successful customer, partner, and corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will develop and manage content, and advertising campaigns intended to generate demand and drive conversion. This position will be expected to write copy for ads, landing pages, social media, and other marketing channels. They will work with graphic designers to produce compelling creative content that garners clicks and conversions, conduct split tests, analyze SEO data and metrics, and optimize media to maximize ROI and conversion. This position will be managing and executing campaigns across several different marketing channels, including but not limited to Email Marketing, E-commerce, Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Content and SEO, and more. The main focus will be responsible for leading our organic search efforts, including on- and off-page optimization, website performance, link building, and strategic content development to build a funnel of demand wherever the customer is in the conversion funnel. This position will work, in conjunction, with the marketing, sales, product management, and executive teams to create, deploy, and optimize content to collectively drive the business goals across all of ATI’s brands and marketing channels. Job Responsibilities: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Manage and improve SEM/SEO; keyword research, Google Analytics, A/B Testing, AdWords, PPC, Display Ads, and email distributions. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across marketing channels; including white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports, web copy and optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics. Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product/services core benefits properly to ensure consistent messaging. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications. Experience may be substituted for a degree. Must have excellent analytical, and project management skills. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Expert in web optimization & analytics tools, such as SEO and Google Analytics for user funnels. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Familiarity with web design and HTML. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team to share ideas, get feedback on plans, identify opportunities for cross team tactics. Able to work with minimal supervision; self-starter; motivated to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience driving traffic, conversion, sales on a global e-commerce platform. Data-driven; clear understanding of retail and marketing metrics; commitment to increasing profit and ROI Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment. Must be able to communicate in a calm and collected fashion Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it Have a genuine interest and passion for the firearms industry is a plus.|
