| Job Description : | Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Content Marketing Specialist in our St. Louis office for our ProSource division. We are seeking a strong content writer and visual imagery creator that specializes in digital marketing and creative production support and strategies that improve local ProSource showroom performance and national brand growth. In this role, flexibility is important as you will work collaboratively on many projects to support the ProSource division and responsibilities will evolve over time. Our Content Marketing Specialist will: Support marketing programs related to customer experience, acquisition, retention, reactivation and top customer strategies. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to coordinate national email and text programs and develop customer journeys utilizing email, text, and social touchpoints. Create unique content for campaigns and touch points, review performance and customer metrics to determine trends. Provide design support at the production level, modifying approved campaign design elements for use in email, social and web. Assist in copywriting for national and local external campaigns as well as internal communication to drive internal awareness to franchisees. Support various marketing programs and communication of programs to the franchise system, including Kitchen & Bath grand opening campaigns, product expansion marketing and management of collateral including brochures, point of purchase material and product catalogs. Communicate marketing programs to franchisees and respond to franchisee queries as they relate to advertising/marketing programs. Do our requirements match YOUR background? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, and 2-3 years’ of experience in marketing and advertising. Both B2B and B2C experience preferred. Experience with creative development, print production, and marketing communication is preferred. Knowledge of social media and web marketing is a plus. Strong writing and personal computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Suite Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have aptitude to analyze data and make suggestions and modifications for improvement. Requires the ability to communicate clearly, follow up on commitments in a timely and thorough manner, and question conventional thinking.
