Our products often are featured in the work of acclaimed architects and designers across the United States.Full Job DescriptionThe job involves working closely with Marketing and Sales team members, external organizations, and customers, but may be performed remotely. Most of your time will be spent planning content with the TerraMai team, crafting content, obtaining resources (e.g. project photographs), and working with team to publish across platforms. The role is highly collaborative, working with individuals with diverse perspectives and motivations. 5-10% travel to customer sites, supplier sites, or other may be required. If working remotely, additional periodic travel to headquarters may be required.Responsibilities of Content Marketing SpecialistThe Content Marketing Specialist will support the efforts of Sales and Marketing/Product Development. He/she is expected to perform a variety of functions focused on customer engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, and sales support. It is essential that the candidate be able to positively interact with others, assimilate the needs of internal and external customers, have an engaging voice in the creation of marketing content, have an eye for detail, and be able to multi-task.Job FunctionsCreate/Write marketing content (with the assistance/guidance of the marketing team) for email newsletters, blogs, case studies, website, brochures, videos, white papers, technical data sheets, installation guidelines, etc.Content must be engaging, technically accurate, and on-brandPrepare well-structured draftsTrack completion of customer projects, follow up with interviews and acquire photographs for case studiesInterview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog postsEdit and proofread written pieces before publicationPromote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topicsCoordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articlesMeasure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)Update website as neededQualifications / Experience RequiredBS in Journalism, English, Marketing, or relevant fieldMust submit portfolio of published articles when applyingProven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar roleExcellent writing and editing skills in EnglishExcellent time-management skillsFamiliarity with SEO is a plusExperience with Architect & Design communities is a plusExperience in the wood industry is a plusPhotography and/or videography experience is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations|
