(DOE) Description The Bay Area’s best-known search engine giant is seeking a Content Specialist to assist their team. The client is looking for a Content Specialist to help facilitate the maintenance of the sales knowledge base. The Content Specialist will join a team of content specialists and managers working on this internal tool. This tool is one of the most widely used tools in the sales organization enabling the global sales force to find the content they need throughout the sales process. The Content Specialist must have strong writing and editing skills as they will help audit and transition content into new templates making edts as needed, ensuring that content has a high degree of accuracy for the salespeople. Top Responsibilities: Perform content audits for ads products, ensuring accuracy of product information and metadata, as well as compliance with company policies. Collaborate with content owners reaching out when information is outdated, assisting with content management questions and ensuring proper management of content. Assist in the curation of new content and subsequent upload of relevant documents to the knowledge base and respective Pages. Ideal Qualifications: B.A. or B.S degree 4+ years of relevant work experience in editorial, journalism, sales communications, content strategy, marketing, or learning and development roles. Proven experience managing multiple project assignments with overlapping schedules and changing priorities. Strong Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
