Job Description : Our Customer Success Team is in need of a Content Specialist to ensure our library of customer-facing messaging remain up-to-date, relevant and embody the correct tone and voice of our company. In addition, we are looking for a writer to help us grow our library as we launch into new verticals and our product and services grow to meet client needs. This person will be responsible for management of the content utilized by our Hiring Coaches to include our knowledge management and chat tools as well as inside the WizeHire product. In this role your primary focus will be to reduce Hiring Coach workloads and be a support-system to the Customer Success team for all things content related. You will work closely with the Client Interaction Specialist, our larger team of Customer Support Specialists and Management Team, as well as collaborate with WizeHire’s Content Team to remain in-the-know and up-to-date on our tone and conversation style. We are a fully remote company and you will need dependable wifi, a quiet working environment and the ability to meet regularly during your 8 hour workday. Standard hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Compensation: $61,000 Responsibilities: Create a system of periodic review of existing content used by our Customer Success Team to keep our content up to date, on tone and fresh Work closely with the Client Interaction and Coach Knowledge Specialists to ensure content initiatives are being handled appropriately and efficiently Meet and collaborate with WizeHire’s Content Team as needed Help our Customer Success team to identify new content needs and be the champion to satisfy those needs Willingness to participate in client interactions “on-the-ground” to gain first-hand experience in Hiring Coach content challenges Qualifications: Content writing experience, preferably with a focus on customer success, is needed to apply Prior customer service experience required Strong communication and listening skills Ability to collaborate with peers to determine and create best solutions Tech savvy About Company WizeHire is on a mission to transform the recruiting experience for small businesses.
