| Job Description : | What we need : The Content Strategist and Implementation Lead will be a key member of the Digital Solutions team. We’re on a journey to establish enterprise content management standards and practices to ultimately create exceptional content experiences and make digital a compelling channel of self-service support for Service, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Business Growth needs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Content Management, this role will be responsible for: (1) Creating enterprise content standards; (2) organizational readiness activities associated with new content standards; and (3) Driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple content management efforts. Candidates need to possess an integrated skillset that combines content management expertise, a strong customer and user experience orientation, project management/coordination skills, and data/analytics/insights driven decision making. This individual will need to be a “jack of many trades,†willing to support multiple content projects with varying needs – from writing, editing, and auditing content to establishing content governance standards to assisting with content management system technology implementations and rollouts. A baseline knowledge of the financial advice business is preferred; and the desire and proven success to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with aggressive timeframes . What you will do: Assist with creating and executing enterprise content standards and governance model. Help champion organizational change associated with moving to a modern content management system and governance processes. Partner closely with leaders/teams across the firm to implement digital content standards and assist with creating end-end content experiences that drive self-service and business growth for financial professionals/institutions. Use content strategy methods to continually find ways to enhance the customer experience through improved content, content tagging/taxonomy, and searchability. Partner closely with the service organization to design and implement a content management system to drive self-service and improve the customer experience. Review, Edit, Audit, and at times Write concise and compelling content. Continuously seek and integrate user feedback. Evaluate digital analytics and optimize content effectiveness. Partner with product managers, owners, and development teams to assist with designing digital content experiences and then assist with executing against those. What you need to have: 5+ years of content management related experience. Excellent writing and editorial skills with an eye for detail and a keen ability to simplify complex information into a concise, easily followed content experience. Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to multiple levels of an organization. Ability to understand technical subject matter and experience implementing content management systems. Data and insight driven approach to improving information architecture, content metadata, taxonomy, and SEO. Proven ability to create and implement effective content management standards and guidelines . Proven ability to champion change across an organization and be and advocate for content management standards. Proven ability to collaborate and engender trust with teammates and business partners.
