About this Role: We’re on the search for a talented Content Writer with flexible writing skills to join our team and raise the bar for how the health plan/ health insurance industry communicates with employers, members and providers. The Content Writer will write clear and engaging B2B and B2C copy explaining our products and services across a wide array of communications such as emails, letters, digital, collateral and PowerPoints. Experience with PowerPoint slide design, SEO strategies and social media content is ideal. Familiarity with topics such as third-party administration, health plan management, health benefits, medical management, provider networks and benefits enrollment is useful, but not required. Primary Responsibilities: Write effective copy in a variety of formats – emails, letters, postcards, landing pages, flyers, case studies and sales collateral to name a few.Write strategically to convert sales prospects, retain existing clients and engage members.Support marketing, sales, implementation, account management, product, customer service, clinical and PR communication needs.Build compelling PowerPoint presentations for meetings and conferences.Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to design and distribute content.Proofread and edit copy from other contributors.Proactively research and learn about the healthcare industry, our company, our products and services and our competitors to inform content.
