Users are what make products successful, and the Customer Engagement Content Coordinator plays a pivotal role in making our users successful. The Content Coordinator is responsible for executing on our asynchronous content strategy, writing ad building engaging content, reporting on the success of initiatives, and advising on improvements to the content experience. The Customer Engagement Content Coordinator will be responsible for planning, writing, curating and editing engaging content that helps our users deeply learn the platform, engage with Khoros and meet their business outcomes. This role involves strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to spot partnership opportunities across departments. The ideal candidate will be able to take complicated Product information and distill this into easy-to-follow guides, overview resources, scripted webinars, and other forms of media. #LI-REMOTE Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Include: Creating informational experiences through email, webinars, in-app and podcasts that guide our users in basic, intermediate and advanced product usage Working with subject matter experts, including product managers, marketing, and development teams to build thought leadership and product use case content Meeting with internal customers to consult on impactful strategies to connect our users to the different services and events they provide. Recruiting and coordinating content contributors internally and externally Developing strategies and programs to increase usage and engagement Generating regular analytic reports to measure the success and impact of content Acting as a hub between different teams to find the best solution for our users Connecting users to existing content to aid in the adoption, or use, of key features and functionality. Monitoring and reporting on analytics, key metrics, and feedback, to spot trends and ensure iterative improvement of the overall in-app content experience. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years in a content production, customer care, or communication role Effective and versatile written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to empathize with internal and external customers and stakeholders Passion for improving the user journey Understanding of HTML and CSS Experience driving multiple, concurrent projects Maintains productivity and high-performance levels under pressure Experience with video and audio content creation tools a plus The base salary range for this role is $49,000 – $52,000 with a 5% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
