Legalfit is a rapidly growing legal-specific marketing company.About this Role: As a Content Writer, you are expected to create unique content for our clients (attorneys) on a variety of topics. Writing assignments will vary between multiple styles and formats, including copywriting, advertorial, biography, question and answer, blog posts, informational, and current events. You will be coordinating with account management teams to understand the specific client’s tone, style, and goals to provide and make edits to content for client approval. In this position, you will be working closely with Legalfit’s marketing, sales, and operations departments when coming across opportunities, problems, or client feedback.Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field1-3 years experience in a professional writing jobStrong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing conceptsSuperior written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, efficient and has intense attention to detail to ensure client satisfactionAn ability to fact-check information in content piecesLegal industry experience is a plus (not required)Applicants must submit a portfolio or writing samples with applicationResponsibilities: Write and edit unique content for new client websites, secondary services, supportrequests, or other marketing tasks as needed.Set the content strategy per client based on current Search Engine Optimization (SEO)best practices and the client’s tone, style, and goalsOrganize information and technical hierarchy based on current SEO best practicesConduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize contentResearch industry-related topics and provide accurate information when writing new sitesFollow web marketing best practices for writing and editing contentOther tasks as assigned by ManagerWhy Legafit is a GREAT fit for you: Legalfit has a strong company culture that embraces transparency, communication, and trust.
