Job Description : SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Content Writer is to create listing descriptions, layout, proofread and handle the print and digital production for agent listing brochures, blogging, company newsletter, postcards and other promotional pieces (including PBC brand collateral, business relationship support material, etc). In addition, they must ensure that agent and company collateral meet and are within regulatory compliance under TREC advertising rules. The Content Writer will be required to cross-train on other departmental functions to support the workflow process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Adheres to “The Very Best” Brand Service Standards, which is to be dedicated to serving the Buyers and Sellers of high-quality real estate in South Texas.2. Create marketing and sales collateral that demonstrates the benefits, features, and value of our services as a cutting-edge and innovative company.3. Conduct message testing, competitive research, and position our services in a way that effectively caters to the luxury real estate consumer and real estate professional.4, Utilize company provided templates and tools to produce materials and content creation (brochures, e-flyers, flyers, postcards, signage, riders, social media posts, etc.) for use across various online and offline marketing tactics.5. Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines.6. Maintain routine contacts with graphic designers, printers, mailers and other vendors to ensure deadlines are met.7. Conduct and evaluate production, billing and shipping dates for advertising materials such as flyers and brochures.8. Share insights in real-time with team members and Marketing Director as to what is working (and not working) and identify/execute changes to improve results.9. Perform and multi-task well in a very fast paced environment; able to handle 15-25 real estate property marketing projects at one time.10. Maintain marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory. Including but not limited to company stationary and agent signage.11. Demonstrate excellent organizational and follow through skills with keen attention to detail; excellent time management skills.12. Demonstrate excellent work ethic, dedicated to exceptional customer service, friendly and out-going.13. Able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities; A “Yes, I can do it” attitude.14. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading real estate marketing publications.15. Proofread documents for quality control and 100% accuracy.16. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2-3 years work experience in marketing, copywriting and/or administrative responsibilities. Real estate related industry experience is a plus. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.
