|Job Description :||Job Description ThePub seeks an experienced Content Writer to create compelling brand material for all internal and external communications for the company. An ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized, with extreme attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines on multiple workstreams. The Content Writer will report directly to the Chief Client Officer and work in partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager and Art Director on all projects related to ThePub’s branding efforts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop, manage, update, and uphold brand tone of voice Write clear, compelling, and consistent copy for all the brand marketing material for various mediums for internal and external audiences (e.g. sales materials, ad campaigns, artist biographies, case studies, newsletters, special events marketing, invitation, printed collateral) Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines Collaborate with New Business and ThePub studio teams to develop a variety of marketing materials Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders Develop high-engagement social media content campaigns that reflect our brand’s voice Write press releases for company announcements Write feature articles for pitching Conceptualize and strategize with marketing team Critically apply learnings from marketing KPIs for future campaigns and projects Create and maintain writing guidelines and best practices document for the company Qualifications Required qualifications include but are not limited to the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence and branded content Experience in producing copy for digital and print channels Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator, and Outlook Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms Strong understanding of SEO concepts preferred Exceptional communication, time management, and prioritization skills Ability to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders throughout the organization Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.|
