Review, Edit and adjust existing research, policy, and other trust and safety content to ensure consistence in presentation and to optimize utility.Work closely with partner presentation strategist/designer and Trust and Safety leadership to create new content as necessary to ensure optimal utility of existing content or to author new content as necessary (i.e. Keynote for Industry visuals, detailed general documents on research insights for broadustry positioning for a given harm, step-by-step documents for how to engage on a given ML model type or similar for certain types of content moderation or standard risk mitigation builds, etc.). Note: While most content will be drafted by our research and policy teams, editing will be necessary to ensure unity in language. This role will be expected to be comfortable with writing content, editing content, and designing content organization. Develop and execute content organizational approach for content in a way that is valuable, educational, and engaging on a central intranet. Content includes varying levels of detail ranging from introductory presentations, trackers, and cursory research write-ups to detailed technical writings and in-depth research and policy documentation.Work with teams internally to develop plan for meeting requirements for building content into central intranet and execute against that plan.Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized to client’s standards.Opportunity to coordinate with partners, thought leaders, and other third parties to produce high quality content.Continuously bringing new and creative ideas to generate more impact and leveraging the full power of marketing to support growth and impact. Key Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience as a content writer with some blended content strategy experience as part of historyStrong portfolio of workBachelor’s in communications, journalism, or related disciplineKnowledge of key content channels and formats and effective strategic approaches. Focuses on the content audience with an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive. Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills.Highly collaborative team player who has the ability to inspire, motivate and lead others.Strong project management skills to lead multiple projects at once and juggle priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment. Ability to develop, organize, and maintain content documents.An uncompromising commitment to planning ahead and hitting deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity.Ability to analyze digital content performance.Experienced in an array of content management systems specifically Confluence.Comfort and experience working with Quip, and all iWork products: Pages, Keynote, and Numbers.A passion for our mission.
