|Job Description :||Temeda, an innovative early growth stage IoT company in telematics, is looking for an experienced content marketing manager who is a self-starter and a team player. A person who understands a prospective client’s needs and offers an ideal solution. Someone that has strong writing, communication and marketing automation skills and has a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals and lead quotas. Responsible for leading the email and marketing automation platform initiatives including but not limited to writing engaging and relevant content for each target industry to not only grow the database organically but create workflows and valuable content to engage prospects interested in the Ascend product on an ongoing basis.Telematics industry experience, is required for this role.ResponsibilitiesWrite/create content marketing material and strategy that advances a range of marketing and sales objectives, from brand awareness to lead generationManage the planning, execution, and optimization of Temeda’s communication message and outreach programs including but not limited to the HubSpot Marketing Automation platformExecute marketing programs that fill the top of the sales funnel, such as webinars, events, and email campaignsContinuously improve campaign strategies by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product to understand buyer needs and the full customer journeyCollaborate with graphic designer to bring content to life in both printed and audiovisual, including the use of video, animations, and infographicsDevelop and manage a marketing content calendar that is created by industry events, trends impacting sales verticals, and company initiativesLeverage HubSpot marketing automation platform to send emails, build workflows to engage prospects with valuable and engaging content on an ongoing basisSet up landing pages and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunityPlan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Align efforts with SEO efforts and analyticsLead the creation of distinctive content for online blogs, case studies, white papers, etc. and organize their distribution through various channelsProvide creative ideas for technical content marketingAcquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to dateSkills3+ years proven experience in writing marketing content (portfolio required)Proven ability to tailor clear messages to the varied media and customersExcellent understanding of BTL, digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience working with brand standards and brand identity to maintain uniformity and consistency in messaging and aestheticsThe ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technologyYou will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the digital presence can become a strong asset to securing growing revenueExperience with managing B2B social media accounts and email campaigns.Knowledge of web analytics toolsSkills and experience in creative content writing and video creationAnalytical mindset and critical thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy and intuitive with fresh ideas to reinforce our overall marketing effortsQualifications3+ years marketing industry experience requiredHubSpot requiredExcellent writing skillsBS/BA in marketing or related fieldProficiency in building email marketing campaigns, email nurturing, marketing automation, lead scoring and customer journeysUnderstanding of marketing tactics and channelsUnderstanding of sales and marketing conceptsStrong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointMust be a highly motivated self-starter with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilityAbility to Multi-task with attention to detail and commitment to accountability in a fast-paced environmentDesktop publishing proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, WordPress, Elementor), a plusFamiliarity with HTML, a plusMarket research experience, a plusKnowledge of SEO/SEM, a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Why are you interested in the role?What is your desired salary range?Where did you work in the telematics industry?Please provide a link to your portfolio?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:telematics industry: 5 years (Required)content writer: 5 years (Required)HubSpot: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:HubSpot Certification (Required)Work Location: Remote|
