Creative + Content Manager Actively seeking candidates to lead our content + creative! So many cute babies and products to work with! Job Description: A role in Creative/Content means you’ll have an incredibly big impact in showcasing the Pacifier brand to customers and team members. The Creative + Content Manager has the integral responsibility for the development and execution of the Pacifier brand through every touchpoint – including digital (email, social, website, paid display), in store (window displays and signage) and in our community (events, partnerships, print, billboards). Duties include: Lead strategy and development of innovative and engaging campaigns and content that blend storytelling and commerce. Design and create content assets (graphics, photography, video, email) in support of brand and seasonal priorities for all customer touchpoints. Own creation of website content from start to finish – brand, category, product. Ensure accuracy of pricing, images, and descriptions. Conceptualize, source, and bring unique window displays and signage to life in a way that aligns with our brand and generates excitement. Oversee the prioritization of all creative requests, from “run the business” to bigger conceptual projects, all while managing stakeholder expectations. Develop online and local relationships and partnerships that are mutually beneficial and align with Pacifier’s values; facilitate awareness and attendance of/at local partnerships, causes and events. Maintain a content + promotions planning calendar that aligns with brand and seasonal priorities. Recruit, train, retain, and schedule all team members where appropriate. Review work to ensure that assigned duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Provide continual coaching and training to ensure all team members are efficient and effective in their duties. Manage the financial performance of the function, to include monitoring appropriate staffing levels, agency costs, and display budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (communications, graphic design, etc.) with equivalent training and experience required. Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and customer data into inspiring creative and actionable initiatives. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong photography and video creation/editing and graphic design skills. Strong communication skills including good verbal, written and listening skills. Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Compensation: DOE Job Type: Full-time
