| Job Description : | Our client, a boutique creative agency, is seeking a fully remote Creative Content Producer to join their growing team. This person will oversee all aspects of content production from pitching to estimating, concepting and scheduling for content production, post, and delivery of finished assets. In this role you’ll work with an integrated team including digital and social specialists, account management, strategy and experiential teams to bring projects to life. What you’ll be doing: Executing the creative concept in partnership with creative teams, providing solutions and strategies across multiple projects at a time Source production partners, and review, negotiate, and create production estimates Own all scheduling and planning for the creative development, pre-production, physical production, and post production processes Create and manage all production budgets, and approve production invoices from vendors and freelancers Advise agency stakeholders in all content production-related matters with an eye toward both creative and budgetary solutions to improve the quality of the work and generate revenue Leverage your expertise in filmmaking, photography, image capture, digital platforms, editorial, and finishing to deliver best in class productions Continuously look for opportunities to optimize the production processes, and anticipate and remove barriers Utilize your creative experience to bring your own ideas to the table Other tasks may apply About you: 3-5 years of video production experience in an advertising agency setting. Bonus if you have digital production experience You can bring a network of independent freelance directors, cinematographers, editors, animators, VFX artists, colorists, and sound designers You possess strong written and verbal communication skills You’re a strong and proactive problem solver You are extremely detail oriented, organized and a great time manager You are proficient in MAC OS, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and basic understanding of Adobe Suite You have experience with project, data, and file management programs Employer Details: Onward Search is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in an employment with regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state and local laws and ordinances.
