|Job Description :||Overview As an integral part of the in-house creative studio, you will be responsible for collaborating with writers and graphic designers to develop brand-compliant, customer-centric print and digital marketing collateral from concept to completion. Candidate must possess a mix of creative, technical and analytical skills, from crafting, proofreading and editing content to supporting designers throughout the production process. Candidate must have Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office experience. Must be a process-oriented self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented and highly organized. Primary Responsibilities: Craft brand-compliant, customer-centric copy for print and digital marketing collateral that may include catalogs, Direct Mail, store signage, web pages, social posts, display ads and more Proofread, enhance and edit copy for grammar, spelling and punctuation while adhering to the brand style and voice Support designers throughout the production process Help to catalog and reference photography for future projects Analyze creative briefs and meet with business owners to ensure that project objectives are fully detailed in order to create strategic, impactful stories Research content and consumer trends to ensure that all content is impactful and relevant to the applicable target audience Present/Communicate concepts and ideas to business owners and marketing leadership Education & Experience: Level of Formal Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience Area of Study: Marketing, Communications and Journalism Years of Experience: Minimum 3 year experience in related field Type of Experience: Copywriting, Editing, Proofreading, Design, Marketing Technical Competencies: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, proficient in both Mac and PC systems Skills and Ability: Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills Organizational and time management skills Impeccable attention to detail Familiarity with multiple media channels including Digital, Print, Social, and Video Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Personal Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with designers, writers and account managers in a range of roles and responsibilities Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package, which includes a 401(k) and more, along with plenty of opportunity to move and grow within our organization!
