This job is 100% remote. ** The Digital Learning Content Manager is responsible for partnering with our consultants, technologists, marketers, and customers to create, catalog, and curate evidence-based best practices and learnings. The Digital Learning Content Manager provides solutions and cross-team support while product architecture catches up to the long-term vision of embedding scalable, self-service, e-learning. What You Will Do: Work across Perceptyx teams and directly with our customers to deliver a consultative, cooperative, solutions-oriented, and service-minded perspective. You will be a vital member who will: o Develop and document innovative, efficient content creation processes o Facilitate content creation by working with Perceptyx subject matter experts o Develop engaging materials, resources, and communications to support the implementation/expansion of consulting services. o Ensure all content is thoroughly reviewed and revised o Catalog and curate final content for internal and external consumption o Identify and close content gaps o Driving the innovation of how digital learning is packaged and delivered to customers, including the instructional design and development of on-demand, customer-facing content o Serve as the source of truth for Perceptyx, evidence-based best practices o Work with Product and Technology teams to incorporate and design capabilities in the Perceptyx platform o Work with Marketing teams to align with our branding standards Requirements What You Will Bring: A bachelor’s degree in Learning Design and Technology, Visual Communications, Education, or similar 5 + years of related experience managing content creation workflow from concept to release with excellent project management, content editing, and learning design. Superior writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable insights. Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or B2B Software/Consulting Industry preferred. Can work efficiently when problem-solving ambiguous projects. Experience influencing and leading without authority. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, visual) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams, gathering complex requirements and identifying needs and strategies. Enjoys working in a team-centric environment with people of all titles and backgrounds. A willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
