As we continue to grow our ever-expanding client base, we are also expanding our team.We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Content Creator with 3 to 5 years of marketing industry and writing experience. Past work should involve project management, writing and storytelling, digital ad management, social media management, SEO, web design, and/or community engagement.The ideal candidate will possess exacting attention to detail, excellent people and communication skills, a proven system of personal organization, the ability to work independently and use internal systems to self-manage your tasks and accounts.Summary of positionClient account management beginning with new client onboarding and continuing through the entire client lifecycleContent and advertising strategy development and executionUphold and promote the image and reputation of Aspen Grove Marketing through outstanding, professional client engagement and high-value deliverables.Uphold and promote the image and reputation of our clients.Content development, including but not limited to:Create and maintain content calendars, including writing posts for appropriate social platforms.Design graphics for key messages.Organize content, upload videos & photos, post to relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Design and write email marketing campaigns.Write, edit and optimize blogs.Ensure that content strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.QualificationsProject management experienceExperience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Experience identifying and connecting with a target market and writing in the client’s voice.Experience with data-driven decision-making and account analytics with the ability to report on campaign results and develop new ideas to drive performance and increase efficiencies.Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing the most critical needs first.Energy and interest to generate fresh ideas on how to grow an online presence.SEO and website design experience are strongly preferred but not required.Please include with your applicationLinks to current social media channels managed or curated by youBlogs or other writing samplesCurrent or recent design work3 professional references from a range of supervisors, coworkers, and current or past clientsBenefits includeFlexible, remote work environmentMobile phone stipendPaid major holidaysSick leave and PTO401(k) with matchTo apply, shoot us an email at Hello@aspengrovemarketing. com with a creative subject line.
