Through our work, we will significantly contribute to job creation, tax revenues and increased quality of life in the communities we live.Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Developer RoleRMI is searching for a driven content creator to manage digital programs and produce high-quality assets for our business and clients. In this role you’ll be working alongside the RMI team to develop written copy across a multitude of platforms to include social media, websites, itineraries, email and advertising campaigns, print and digital publications, sales kits, client pitches and other marketing materials. You will update existing materials, generate new content, manage and execute social media campaigns, identify new ways to reach customers, improve client pitches and be involved in the creative development process. This is a specialist role that will support the team leads for our clients and work directly with them to create and manage the content needed for each client.A successful Digital Marketing Specialist & Content Developer at RMI should be ready to work on a small team, coordinating multiple and diverse projects from inception to execution. You should be a creative writer that is extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and an exceptional communicator both verbally and in writing. Equally as critical to success is staying informed of existing and ongoing developments and services to create communication materials and strategies to reach client and company targeted audiences.Major Responsibilities Implement strategic online, social media, and email communications strategies to support marketing objectivesWrite compelling and engaging copy for use across multiple platforms including social media, websites, and print copyLead the social media program, including development of social strategy, goal setting, creating ad copy, running promotions, managing budgets, and pulling reportsManage social media pages and platforms, including posting and monitoring daily engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, and responding to community conversation on social networksSet and execute social media content calendarsAnalyze social media data and identify insights and opportunitiesCreate new assets for client posts, source photography and concept new ways to connect with clients and consumersCollaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teammates to support program and client initiativesAssist with communication and execution of marketing programsAssist with organizing marketing materials, idea generation, pitches, and proofingManage and facilitate other creative writing needs as assignedSkills Required Excellent written and verbal communicationCreative outside-the-box thinkingAbility to create content featuring consistent and engaging brand messaging across all digital and print platformsComprehensive knowledge of social media strategy and executionExceptional organizational and prioritization skills with particular attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter, able to generate ideas and follow through with completionAble to work in a team across multiple projects and timelinesProblem analysis and solvingProficient in various office and presentation softwareAbility to stay calm in pressure situationsEducation & ExperienceBusiness, communications, journalism or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional experience1-2 years of social media, marketing, or business work experience; tourism industry a plusCompensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experienceMedical and dental insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid vacation and personal leave timeSmall office environmentCareer growth opportunitiesRemote working available after 90 days**Must live in the Cheyenne area or be willing to commute or relocateJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Social media marketing: 1 year (Required)Writing skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location|
