Work you’ll do: As the Digital Workplace Content Manager, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team driving company-wide transformation. You will identify business needs and shape the future of workplace employee experience at Deloitte in partnership with the CIO. As a team member, you’ll be supporting one or more strategic projects in the Digital Workplace Center of Excellence (CoE) portfolio. Each project focuses on how technology and related skills and behaviors can augment and transform Deloitte’s evolving work experience. You will be responsible for supporting multiple workstreams and will have the opportunity to interact with senior Deloitte leadership. Ideal candidates exhibit an aptitude to get up-to-speed quickly on various digital collaboration, communication, and virtualization trends. Responsibilities: In a fun and user-friendly way, conceptualize, write, and edit persuasive copy for cross-channel assets, including training materials, hybrid / virtual work guidance, technology software overviews, case studies, thought leadership, infographics, web copy, and email. Manage a digital workplace user experience program to capture the voice of the customer; conduct focus groups, hold interviews, distribute questionnaires, and synthesize findings to inform the team’s roadmap and content strategy. Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and marketers. Lead troubleshooting efforts as needed. Present creative concepts and copy to program leadership, internal teams, and US stakeholders. Deliver content and assets across platforms that are aligned to Deloitte’s content and branding standards. Execute on campaign strategies to develop clear, user-centered messaging across platforms that differentiate the program. Partner with ITS and Business stakeholders to develop creative content and channel recommendations that deliver on the team’s strategic objectives. Required: 7-10 years of experience writing and producing a range of communications assets. Experience supervising and delegating work successfully within collaborative teams, with a proven ability to provide effective creative feedback on work and help junior talent grow and improve. Conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to balance creativity and innovation with business objectives. Clear, concise writing, with the ability to distill complex ideas into easily understood language. Fluency in both digital and traditional channels, including content creation, and video. Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to and interact with senior leaders and highly intellectual thinkers. Strong copy editing and proofreading skills. Understanding of human-centered design and user experience concepts is preferred.
