You must be a current UA employee to be considered. Job Summary: The Director of IA Creative Content is responsible for the creation of high-level content across all sports in the Alabama Athletics department. This position is also responsible for leading the creative content team consisting of full staff and students. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher and two (2) years of broadcast production, communications, marketing, or public relations experience. Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Skills and Knowledge: Requires comprehensive knowledge of the Adobe suite including Adobe Premiere, adobe after effects, adobe audition, photoshop and illustrator. General knowledge of live video productions, lighting, shooting, filming and editing various video elements required. Must demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and eye for design and strong video shooting skills. Must possess the ability to balance multiple projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, marketing, or graphic design. Experience in Athletic Department video operations preferred.
