They empathize and solve users’ problems and they are driven by delivering—and supporting—the best possible solution for the customer. They are team players who collaborate on a vision and drive it forward, and they aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty making things. We’re looking for content strategists to join an exciting collaborative engagement with a long-time client partner. You would be part of our agency Experience Design & Content Strategy team, while on a day-to-day basis working directly with a client team of interaction designers, graphic designers, researchers, strategic designers, design program managers, content strategists, and design technologists. This team is focused on creating meaningful experiences for customers of all types across a suite of digital products and touchpoints. In this role, you will:Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, designers, product partners and technologyDrive the end-to-end CS process from ideation to execution across multiple projectsDevelop content strategy based on business goals and user needsWrite directional and interface copy with clarity, focus, and consistency for complex interactionsCreate high-quality content solutions that meet and exceed program challenges, translating complex data into simple, elegant digital products and servicesCraft ADA-compliant content for digital products and services, including onboarding, interactions, navigation, support contentMake a case for adding, cutting, and editing content to support both audience and business goalsAudit existing content to optimize and uncover opportunities to improveConduct competitive audits and gap analyses Qualifications You are someone who:Is enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion to deliver resultsCollaborates effectively to get things doneCan solve problems, communicate clearly, present your work, and manage your time And you have the following skills:6+ years professional experience, 4 years in content strategy with a focus on Information Architecture & UX writingA portfolio of relevant work: It should showcase your experience in the design process, creating XD content, and solving real user problems through languageExperience translating data into strategic recommendationsUnderstanding of user-centric design and product development best practicesAwareness of the latest XD, technology, and content trendsExceptional skills writing short- and long-form contentExperience using InVision, Jira, and SketchWell-versed in user-centered design methodologies and rapid ideation processes like Lean UX and Design SprintsFluent in creating content for responsive web and mobile apps, across multi-channel industry standards and best practices Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.|
