Responsibilities: Develop a content strategy for firm-wide corporate channels to drive more impactful communications Optimize content created by content contributors, identifying opportunities to refresh and reimagine it for multiple channels, such as repackaging or editing content that needs a different approach for a certain platform or audience Evaluate existing content and content channels and recommend ways to increase effectiveness; keep abreast of new technologies and best practices and recommend channel enhancements or new channels to continually improve effectiveness of communications; help oversee the migration of the Corporate Intranet to SharePoint Online Serve as editorial manager generating and reviewing content ideas and proposals and managing stakeholder input; oversee content for Corporate Intranet and other corporate channels; manage a content calendar across multiple channels Develop ideas for new content, draft compelling content and messaging and define distribution strategies Collaborate broadly across teams and multiple stakeholders working with content owners and others to prioritize, influence content and influence channel selection to maximize the value of communications Qualifications: Minimum four years of recent relevant work experience working in corporate communications; PR agency experience preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills including proficiency in AP style; skilled at using a variety of content types to reach a variety of learning styles Strong technical skills or experience with HTML, SharePoint Online and Adobe Creative Suite and digital and social channels; expert at using data, user research and industry trends to generate data-driven insights and reporting and inform content decisions Experienced stakeholder manager and project manager with strong influencing skills; proven critical thinking skills; experienced people manager dedicated to coaching and developing staff a plus Ability to thrive and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a successful track record as a collaborator, multi-tasker, analytical thinker and self-starter KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
