Job Description : Position Purpose To conceptualize, oversee, and execute all aspects of the program’s digital content strategy. Work both independently and within a team to produce and deliver content using a variety of mediums and channels with the result of driving brand growth and engagement. Description Required Qualifications – Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications – Skills, Knowledge and Abilities One to two years of hands-on experience in collegiate or professional sport digital content production and editing, preferably in football. Creative approach to storytelling and brand management. Ability to work independently and with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to capture content with various cameras and other devices Expertise in creating content and strategy for social media. Expertise of nonlinear editing techniques and equipment, as well as software such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and After Effects. Knowledge of current best practices and a demonstrated ability to keep abreast of industry trends. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities. Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about digital content and producing tangible results. Percentage Of Time 85 Description Represents self and the football program in an exemplary fashion. Monitors technology and actively follows advancements in digital publishing Performs periodic maintenance on equipment and schedule repairs. Orders, evaluates and maintains related supplies and subscription services as needed. Recommends new techniques or equipment as it becomes available. Schedules use of audiovisual equipment and sets up equipment for presentations and meetings.
