Job Overview: The Content and Campaign Specialist is a role for someone who loves to write, be creative, and has proven success breaking down technical product messages into easy-to-understand ideas for various mediums – including blogs, eBooks and white papers, email campaigns, advertising copy, and more. This person will help plan, author, and publish content across multiple platforms with measured performance that captures interest, generates demand, builds corporate brand awareness, and delivers a steady stream of qualified leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for candidates in the metro Atlanta area because this position is hybrid working from our Headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA. Key Responsibilities: Author content and campaigns to support product, market, and corporate messaging, including creating copy and supporting visuals, layouts and graphics. Ensure creative and content is adapted to the appropriate market and medium/platform to meet business goals Work collaboratively across internal marketing and product teams to ensure product accuracy, brand standards, and brand voice are aligned seamlessly and tailored for the audience Manage a content calendar aligned with company growth goals and product milestones, along with its execution from ideation to publication Develop, execute and manage email prospection campaigns and related list segmentation efforts that leverage the marketing funnel and ABM marketing approaches Collaborate with internal teams on the social media strategy, creating content for campaigns that support different platforms and audiences Other Responsibilities: Assist with the development of integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, such as marketing collateral, sales tools, advertising placements and other campaigns that drive visibility and lead generation with target audiences and through various channels Utilize database analysis and market research in relation to direct marketing efforts. Perform market segmentation for targeting and positioning, as well as to increase email marketing metrics and results Create and manage supporting graphics and templates for various content and collateral Measure and report on programs and campaigns, results, and ROI metrics, to monitor performance and develop actionable insights Assist with other team efforts when needed, such as tradeshow and event management, press relations, speaking engagements, etc. to increase market visibility and thought leadership Work within, and help build, a team culture that is positive, creative, dynamic and supports out-of-the-box thinking Maintain a knowledge of the industry and marketing trends/best practices The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
