|Job Description :||JOB SUMMARY The Content Marketing Specialist (CMS) is responsible for generating impactful internal and external communications and social media. The CMS has the responsibility for writing, editing, monitoring, and tracking blogs, press releases and media placements to analyze the effectiveness of communications. The CMS works to ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand identity, corporate messaging, and product positioning that meets company standards and promotes a positive image on behalf of the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate the content writing needs of the organization to deliver unique, relevant, compelling content. Research, write and edit content. Proof all levels of copy provided from internal and external resources to ensure proper messaging. Understand personas and messaging of marketing campaigns and create copy to suit. Understand and assist developing value-based product positioning. Work cross functionally to provide assigned targeted content on time and on scope. Ideate on blog topics and creation. Develop premium content for lead gen download purposes. Monitor keywords and properly incorporate into content. Monitor and manage social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support corporate goals, incorporating Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Slideshare, Google+, etc. Coordinate the content and advertising calendar to deliver well timed relevant and effective content. Develop success stories that include Voice of Customer (VOC) written case studies. Plan and execute public relations tactics and deliverables to position organization as an industry thought leader. Manage online website content to properly articulate corporate solutions and services. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of public relations and AP style written text. Demonstrates ability to write for all forms of communication, collateral and digital assets including presentations, video and web. Possess an understanding of social media engagement and use of posting and monitoring tools such as Sprout Social, HootSuite, or Hubspot. Ability to learn product information quickly to effective positioning in ever-changing market conditions. Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. Experience with marketing communications platform such as Hubspot, Marketo, Silverpop or similar. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (including strong knowledge of Word). Minimum 2 years’ professional B2B experience as a copywriter or communications role BS degree in Journalism, PR, Communications or Marketing.|
