The Sales Enablement Specialist works within the Content team planning, developing, assessing, and maintaining content produced for Sales and Clients to optimize Sales efficacy in obtaining ASV goals and targets. The Sales Enablement Specialist’s expertise resides in creating story lines across products that resonate with clients, translating products into sellable themes for sales education and communications and ensuring the Marketing brand, consistency, and tone, remains consistent across all content types produced at the “bottom of the funnel”. Key responsibilities include: Execute Sales Enablement strategy for designated products as developed by the Marketing leadership team to execute go-to-market strategies and equip the sales team with the necessary tools to effectively and successfully engage target audiences Build up and execute on the sales planning process including content deliverables (sales decks, email templates, technical documentation, etc.), education (internal webinars, newsletters etc), and evaluation, productivity metrics and monitoring to establish high level of quality and accuracy of their work and usability across Sales Drive sales readiness and enablement focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies through designated go-to-market education in coordination with Marketing plans. Support revenue targets in coordination with Marketing teams with enablement activities like Global Activity Days or Sales Initiatives. Gather client feedback from the sales and relationship teams regularly to constantly improve support programs Provide input on RFPs positioning statements to enforce Sales and Marketing strategy and increase professionalism of responses Required Skills: Exceptional and effective communication skills Ability to influence and manage key senior leaders across a matrix management Understanding of the full sales cycle Passion for understanding FactSet products and translating how they work towards clients, and where they fit into the FactSet Sales Cycle Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate product information into value driven and client targeted details The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Connecticut is $70,000 – $110,000 FactSet is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
