|Job Description :||Position Summary: The Marketing Copywriter works within the marketing team to create compelling rich marketing content that appeals to our target audience. The marketing copywriter’s success will have a significant, immediate impact on our fast-growing business. Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers compelling, strategic, well-crafted communication pieces that deliver clear and concise benefit-driven messaging to our target audience Collaborates within a team environment that includes graphic designers and digital marketers, to brainstorm creative tactics that meet campaign goals for both online and offline channels Writes content for a wide variety of campaign materials, including print, social media, email, display advertising, webpage copy, white papers, case studies, video scripts and more Understands Empower Pharmacy’s customer journey and persona to write action-oriented content for each stage of the customer’s lifecycle Creates and owns the marketing campaign content calendar Performs competitor research and tailors copy towards our competitive advantages and differentiators Understands technical concepts and works with our lead technical writer to pull out benefit-driven statements that will resonate with our audience Meets project and campaign deadlines to ensure quick turnarounds in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Acts as a brand steward, ensuring all messaging and copy is within brand voice, quality and editorial guidelines Strong editing capabilities with a remarkable eye for detail that will ensure accuracy and correct grammar usage Updates and edits existing content to ensure benefit-driven messaging is accurate and content brings value to the intended target audience Data-driven and goal oriented, frequently measuring the impact of our messaging strategy and campaign results Thorough knowledge and understanding of current APA style Knowledge and Skills: Thorough knowledge and understanding of current APA style Excellent communication skills Self‐motivated, dynamic, and confident, with the ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment Detailed, organized, and driven by results Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot Experience with Google Analytics, or other metric-tracking systems to measure message effectiveness High-level of skill in Microsoft Office suite Experience and Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s degree Minimum of two years of writing and editing experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred Experience with medical/regulatory/legal reviews and familiarity with FDA requirements for drug promotion preferred Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce and Pardot is a plus Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) 401(k) with company matching, no vesting period Paid holidays (8 days) Paid Vacation (10 days)|
