We’re looking for a product marketing writer to write support content that helps advertisers understand how and why to use our advertising platform to help get their content discovered. You’ll write: headlines, platform responses, and emails and for our comprehensive help sites for Apple Search Ads and ads on Apple News. You’ll support our worldwide channel marketing team in developing seasonal content and guides, and develop standard methodologies and certification content and help manage the Ad Platforms style guide. You’ll proof and copy edit content and obsess over every caption, button, and link that guides an advertiser through using our product. You’ll become a product expert with extraordinary attention to detail and a willingness to scrutinize deliverables – from product screens to standard methodologies content – ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Do you have a B2B writing background, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape? We want to talk to you! Key Qualifications 5+ years experience writing at an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house creative group for a major or upcoming brand. Obsessive about the customer experience. Extraordinary attention to detail, especially when reviewing product screens and content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and style. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and needs, and comfort with ambiguity. Self-starter who can work independently and is able to demonstrate creative and critical thinking. Description Collaborate with product management and marketing managers to write best practices and help content. Track changes to the product and update all copy across best practices, certification, help, and presentations. Proofread UI screens to ensure accuracy and currency and adherence to Ad Platforms style guide. Create and manage timelines for help content. Assist in writing and/or editing for deliverables including channel marketing documents and presentations, product screens, and other content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and messaging alignment. Collaborate with product marketing managers and communications manager, as well as others, to refine copy until it’s flawless. Meet deadlines and keep project managers in the loop. Keep up to date on Apple Search Ads and Ads on Apple News products. Education & Experience A Bachelor’s degree is required. Additional Requirements|
