|Job Description :||Careers that Change Lives In this dynamic role as a Project Specialist – Content & Creative you will have the responsibility to plan and multiple global content and creative programs initiatives and campaigns. Importantly, this role owns the maintenance and operations of the cross-team Editorial Calendar. You will be responsible for achieving successful implementation of activations and managing all activities required to define, design, and produce these activations. This role reports to VP, Content & Creative and is an important, cross-team role. You are accountable for overall program execution and ensuring team commitments (briefs, dates, deliverables) are met and communicated in a timely manner. A Day in the Life Lead or leverage cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new creative and content projectsOwn the project management phases, including scheduling, budgeting, design controls, and release processesLead and support activations teams comprised of a broad range of diverse, cross-functional members, potentially including outside vendors, and spanning geographic locations. Contribute to a high-performing, highly motivated, collaborative team environment of trust, empowerment, accountability, and recognition.Lead Editorial Calendar orchestration and set agenda for related meetingsMaintain a sense of urgency, facilitate problem solving sessions and meetings to address obstacles, and hold team members accountable to program commitmentsAssess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesGather requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of activations key stakeholdersCommunicate with stakeholders and obtain stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems Must Haves Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project coordination and content/creative experience OR advanced degree Nice to Have Experience in content and editorial managementAbility to build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliersWorks independently; self-directed and highly self-awareAbility to establish trust and credibility throughout senior leadership; demonstrates unwavering integrity and fierce accountabilityExcellent communication skills, verbal, written and non-verbal; expert active listening skills with a keen awareness for various messaging styles; and polished ability to tailor delivery to a broad range of audiencesExceptional influencing and interpersonal skills, negotiating; managing change; goal setting; planning and organizing teamwork; ability to address difficult situations; conflict resolution; resource constraint and problem solving.
