|Job Description :||General Purpose The Senior Content Marketing Manager (CMM) develops, owns, and executes on the AdhereHealth™ and AdhereRx™ content marketing strategies and is responsible for managing all branded content from creation to publication, distribution, and archival. The CMM is responsible for content as relates to product marketing (e.g., messaging frameworks, buyer personas), sales enablement (e.g., collateral, presentations), multi-channel lead generation campaigns, web/digital content, and thought leadership (e.g., white papers, articles). In addition to writing original material, the CMM manages third-party content writers and vendors to ensure all content follows our brand voice, and for obtaining final content approvals prior to publication and promotion. The CMM keeps the end user top of mind, ensuring our stories are told effectively and are optimized to generate engagement that leads to revenue growth, client retention, and improved brand awareness and recognition. Essential Duties & Responsibilities For AdhereHealth™ and AdhereRx™: Create and manage quarterly content calendars Work with product teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain the highest level of in-depth knowledge of Adhere Platform™ offerings, solutions and capabilities – current and planned – as well as go-to-market timing for the purpose of developing and publishing market-facing and sales enablement content Conduct research on industry-related topics, combining online sources, Google Alerts, interviews, studies, and other relevant sources and SMEs, to generate ideas for the most relevant and timely content Ensure all content has a clear objective (e.g., lead generation, thought leadership), meets an industry need, and addresses a key buyer persona or line of business (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) Research and recommend content topics for blog posts, articles, white papers, etc. Stay current on marketing content best practices; serve as resident expert and primary resource in writing and content management Write short-form content (e.g., email, sales sheets, infographics); interview and collaborate with SMEs, agencies, and contract writers to create and edit content Work with Client Success to identify customer case study opportunities; collaborate with SMEs as necessary to complete and publish case studies Directs the storage, version control, and distribution of all marketing content Coordinate with creative designer(s) to illustrate content to enrich the brand; ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone) Proofread all content for accuracy and brand compliance prior to publication Create messaging frameworks (product descriptions, elevator pitches, value propositions, features/benefits, differentiators, and positioning statements) for Adhere Platform offerings and solutions Write/edit, produce, and distribute new and/or updated content that appeals to buyer personas, attracts prospects, and boosts brand awareness Content includes but is not limited to: web copy, campaign copy (inbound and outbound), newsletters, case studies, white papers, infographics, blog posts, articles, collateral, videos, presentations (in-person or webinar), social media, buyer enablement materials (FAQs, assessments, and checklists), and sales enablement materials (sell sheets, talking points, and sales presentations). Owns development and management of Buyer Personas for all Adhere Platform™ offerings; works with various SMEs/resources to identify and validate assumptions Conduct high level internal Adhere Platform™ messaging training as needed, in partnership with other SMEs, to drive collaboration and understanding of the Adhere Platform™ across multiple departments Leadership Duties (If Applicable) Manage the Solutions Content Marketing Lead; oversee the work of all third-party (agency and freelance) writers; manage all third-party content projects Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in communications, writing, advertising, or related field required 7+ years of copywriting at an advertising agency, in-house, or as a contracted writing professional with experience in content management Must have experience in B2B, technology and/or healthcare Experience in, and knowledge of, managed care a major plus Desired Skills Mastery of short-, medium-, and long-form storytelling for different channels Track record of creating content that converts customers and supports sales goals Experience adapting style and tone per brand voice guidelines and target audience/buyer personas Experience conducting deep industry research using multiple sources Working knowledge of keyword research and SEO standards for fine-tuning copy Deadline-driven with strong organizational skills and experience juggling multiple projects and competing priorities Demonstrated high capacity with the ability to learn new industries quickly and in an ongoing manner Exceptional attention to detail with proven project management skills Energetic self-starter with strong work ethic and track record working across multiple industries or product lines providing creative content with measurable success metrics Comfortable interacting cross-functionally, especially with senior leadership Experience using any of the following a plus: Smartsheet, WordPress, Google Analytics, Marketo, Microsoft SharePoint Minimum Physical Requirement This position performs work in a general office environment using standard office equipment.
