|Job Description :||Our Team The Global Operations & Technology Leadership, Governance and Engagement (GOT LGE) team develops captivating and engaging content and leads the communications strategy to drive awareness of Global Operations & Technology’s critical role to key stakeholders while transforming culture by driving employee connectivity and experience. The Role We are seeking a Senior Content Specialist. You will be working with cross-functional teams and various business partners across the Firm. You will lead, develop optimize, and deliver content through a variety of mediums to engage and educate our GOT employees globally and elevate our messaging to the broader company. You will be reporting to the Head of GOT Engagement. Responsibilities: Serve as the GOT News Editor focused on managing our monthly content pipeline and executing our weekly newsletter, including coordination of content from the initial creative consultation to approval and distribution Fully leverage current and emerging channels and conduct review of communications and engagement channels and performance to ensure effectiveness and adoption Develop new content and learning series focused on both Technology and Operations capabilities and initiatives Partner with Technology and Operations SMEs to create feature stories, fact sheets, industry white papers, infographics, videos, internal web content, and more Manage GOT intranet and related pages to provide an integrated experience for employees Establish content guidelines and provide strategic direction to content creators across GOT Utilize content management tools to coordinate and schedule content (e.g., Poppulo) Analyze metrics, share insights and adjust plans with a focus on continuous improvement, anticipating the interests of various target audiences to increase readership and engagement Lead on monthly reporting for GOT Engagement activities Partner with the Head of GOT Engagement to manage the Engagement Forum, compromised of embedded Engagement Leads aligned to the business and regions Serve as key business partner for GOT’s Learning and Development team Partner with Head of Leadership, Governance and Event team to provide strategic thought leadership and run-of-show development for key GOT Events Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of experience preferred 8+ of total work experience preferred Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus Background in a corporate or agency communications setting is a plus Proactive and self-motivated to work ahead of deadlines, doing what it takes to do the job well and above expectation Strong experience of developing, implementing and evaluating highly successful multi-channel communications strategies and campaigns Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensures the successful completion of each under tight deadlines Flourishes in a fast-paced environment and can act quickly on his/her/their feet Experience with technology content development a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation capabilities (PowerPoint) Ability to build and foster partnerships across the global organization Attention to detail and deep organizational skills Ability to work independently or with a team Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines Supports key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, delivery of projects.Drives project execution for respective areas and owns key initiatives within their function.Identifies new tactics to support overarching Technology Relations objectives across functions.Supports the development and deployment of strategic key messages for Global Technology.Owns the development of functional calendars and knowledge repositories .Uplifts and maintains playbooks to document key areas of expertise for internal reference and training and external knowledge sharing.Ability to create vision and strategy, but also, and equally important to carry through to execution – thinkers and doers Proactive and self-motivated to work ahead of deadlines, doing what it takes to do the job well and above expectationStrong written and verbal communicationAttention to detail and deep organizational skills Ability to work independently or with a teamAbility to operate in a fast paced environment under tight deadlinesAn understanding of C-Suite needs / understands the need for accuracy and expediencyContributes to the achievement of teams’ objectives and supports achievement of functional area objectivesMODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of experience preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
