Rheaply has developed and launched the only exchange technology for researchers to share their ideas and surplus resources with colleagues to reduce time, costs, as well as environmental waste. On Rheaply’s Asset Exchange Manager (AxM), users from all departments can access resources and expertise from colleagues in the same organization or beyond. Opportunity As we continue to expand our marketing team, we are seeking a talented, committed Senior Copywriter to work alongside our RevOps and Product Marketing team, crafting, managing, and leveling-up our Enterprise Sales and Public Sector content. The role will encompass writing sales-centric and product-focused content for some of our largest industry verticals, generating engaging and compelling copy for presentations, landing pages, email campaigns, printed collateral, event material, and more. What you’ll do: Write compelling original copy and content that reflects our brand narrative playbook and adheres to our writing style guide to ensure consistency and clarity, while delighting our resource conscious customers Craft conversion-oriented copy to increase user adoption and optimize content to improve retention on Rheaply’s platform, for example (e.g. client landing pages, help center articles) Update and maintain website content to reflect brand messaging and positioning Write copy and content for event marketing collateral (surveys, intake forms, booth displays, and other trade show leave-behinds) Craft short-form and long-form conversion-oriented copy and content including help center articles, blog posts, nurture emails, ad campaigns, and marketing funnel content Research, edit, and fact-check copy and content to align with industry vertical nomenclature and lexicon while infusing the Rheaply brand voice Manage Rheaply’s Content Management System and Collateral Library to ensure content is always current and representative of Rheaply’s product use cases and value propositions Work directly with our content marketing coordinator, designers, internal subject matter experts, and freelancers Write and manage our company newsletter and ensure copy and content is updated with the latest company news on a monthly basis Update and organize all enablement and go-to-market collateral for our Business Development Representative team (e.g. email sequences, talk tracks, one pagers) Update and organize all copywriting and content development workflows in Asana Operate autonomously while attending cross-functional syncs virtually, or optionally in person. What you’ll need: 3-5 years of experience copywriting and content creation for B2B SaaS operations, working alongside revenue, marketing, or sales operations. Advanced writing and grammar skills (English) Solid grasp and understanding of the enterprise sales processes A robust portfolio of digital content that demonstrates an understanding of enterprise sales cycles Experience managing and maintaining marketing automation platforms such as Autopilot and Pardot A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be seriously considered HTML/web design: basic proficiency for LMS/CMS needs Be comfortable with at least some RevOps tools, such as SFDC, Outreach, Gong, etc. Thrive working independently in a fast-paced, changing and exciting startup environment or similarly positioned environment Self-motivated and organized with sharp project and time management skills, including experience with process management tools like Asana Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills Extremely goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy “Yes, and” mentality with the ability to understand requests for what is needed in addition to and beyond what is asked It helps if you have: Strong familiarity with APA formatting, writing style, and citations Experience crafting original copy and content for enterprise or public sector organizations (e.g. big tech, biopharma, retail, consumer electronics, and government) Experience in content marketing for SaaS-based technologies Worked in the past for a climate-centric organization Experience in start-ups and high-paced environments Experience with keyword research and content optimization SEO and/or link building experience Are you?
