Who we are looking for: Wunderman Thompson is seeking a Senior Creative Content Producer for our Seattle office. The Senior Creative Content Producer is a member of the Content Production team, charged with creating innovative and best in class content. They are responsible for producing content across all platforms, bidding and managing various budget levels, creating production timelines, sourcing new vendors and social media influencers, and managing production partners such as production companies, directors, post houses, editors, music houses, composers, animation/GFX/VFX artists, and on-set crews (large and small). The Senior Creative Content Producer collaborates with creative, strategy, and account teams to execute the creative vision. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of creative content development including but not limited to TV, radio, digital, social, print, photography, experiential, product demos, banners, and multi-media campaigns. What you’ll do: Create | Produce TV, radio, & digital video content, real time marketing executions, event-based “stunts,” and pop-up experiential event productions. Execute | Lead and oversee multiple social, digital, and new media projects (long- and short-form) from concept to completion. Collaborate | Work closely with all agency personnel in determining production scope, estimating, planning, executing and monitoring assigned productions and deliverables. Work with agency clients, vendors and stakeholders assigned to the production. Innovate | Be up-to-date on the latest social media platforms, trends, and audience tendencies, while identifying new technologies that can elevate production executions, lower budget expenditures, or increase speed to market. Who you are: A creative visionary | You are an expert and entrepreneurial thinker when it comes to all aspects of production and post-production. You have extensive knowledge in the content production space, coupled with a strong business acumen and an innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas. Open and collaborative | Our team is close-knit and supportive, and we’re working with a lot of unknowns – you must champion team environments that are comfortable and encouraging. Optimistic and resilient | You dig in and figure out how to work around problems with a ‘yes’ and ‘why not’ posture. What you’ll need: Minimum of 7 years’ experience working for a brand or advertising agency. Confidence in contributing to creative development and unique production executions. Experience producing and delivering content for all platforms – broadcast, digital, new media, social content & video production, animation, print, photography, experiential, and Multiple Media Networks. Experience scaling productions for both small and large production footprints and working during COVID under tight safety restrictions and protocols. Experience producing projects with simple to complex post-production, GFX & VFX, and large and small production crews. Experience working on a beauty, mobile and/or electronics high content delivery account. Ability to assess creative intent, offer executional suggestions and provide rough ballpark estimates. A deep understanding of the latest cutting-edge production and post-production technology. Experience leading jobs with small & large budgets ($50K – $2M). Demonstrated budget and scheduling management skills. Demonstrated strong negotiation and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility with travel and work schedule, including weekends and holidays. Website or link to reel of completed work is required.
