We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Content Manager to join our team of Passionnovators! White Glove is looking for an experienced Content Marketing professional to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the B2B direct content marketing as well as the execution of product and channel marketing support. Applicants should be able to develop and manage an editorial calendar to reach financial advisors via social media, email, blogs, videos, and podcasts. The individual will work with Marketing leadership to identify stories to transcend the thought leadership. The content should also contemplate earned media opportunities via publisher and influencer pitches. The individual in this role will also collaborate closely with the Sales, Client Relations and Business Development teams to craft and execute plans for branding, account-based programs and channel or conference marketing support. This unique opportunity will allow you to drive our company’s B2B content marketing strategy. This role will report directly to the VP, Marketing. Responsibilities In conjunction with the VP, Marketing and head of Business Development and Client Relations, manage our WhiteGlove.com brand in the financial advisor and related advisor channels via WhiteGlove.com and its related products and services. Product marketing launches and messaging. Channel-based promotions and conferences Account based marketing programs Sales enablement and product collateral Prepare and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with company goals Oversee WhiteGlove.com for content needs related to product and messaging. Manage editorial calendar for B2B content strategy Develop quarterly themes to influence channel with content along with guest video and podcast interviews. Assess freelance execution needs where needed. Identify lead magnet opportunities within the content plan. Monitor brand awareness, mentions and results from content efforts. Identify earned media opportunities via press releases, outreach to publishers and influencers to interviews, guest posts or mentions. Measure performance for content marketing effort against defined KPIs and create recommendations to optimize the performance by channel and content type Roadmap a reputation management plan via reviews and testimonials Coordinate with direct marketing team for content support related to B2C, email marketing or ad copy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in content marketing for owned and earned media. Exceptional writing skills Highly creative 3-5+ Years’ experience in B2B marketing with focus on financial services Excellent leadership and communications skills Must be DATA-DRIVEN and high aptitude for measuring ROM Experience developing a thoughtful editorial plan Basic knowledge in website management, templates, and blogs Comfortable giving video interviews and reaching out to influencers/publishers.
