|Job Description :||The Pipette division at Amyris is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to join the growing team. This role will be responsible for implementing Pipette’s social media marketing strategy, developing brand awareness, and growing and managing the Pipette community. The role will work with Brand, Digital, Marketing, and Sales teams executing social media and other online efforts in an integrated way to help expand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate should have a background in social media marketing and the ability to be flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Own overall strategy and execution all social platforms for Pipette, inclusive of, but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, & Twitter Build and execute world-class content with strong engagement Lead Community building efforts to identify content creators and engagement opportunities Manage and maintain social media marketing strategic calendars and day-to-day activities Manage end-to-end campaign and content development on a daily/weekly basis, partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders (includes briefing projects, creative draft approvals, designing of social content, and QA of linking strategy) Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing of editorial content on social to help support, delivering focused content to target audiences Utilizes platform analytics, audience sentiment, and overall social media trends to guide content strategy Write strong and engaging captions for social posts following brand voice with support from the Copywriter Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social platforms, working directly with Marketing teams on 360 digital marketing strategies Create platform specific strategies based on brand campaigns, new product launches, and initiatives Develop creative briefs to pitch content creation that will advance brand building efforts across social media channels Manage social media experiential events including virtual and in-person events Monitor social media metrics and analytics, providing actionable insights to continuously optimize performance Collaborate with larger team in concepting innovative brand and product storytelling ideas across platforms Establish and evolve new and existing processes and procedures Monitor competitive social landscape and emerging tools/trends as it relates to brand and channels Partner with the Sr. Manager of Influencer & Partnerships to develop new partnerships for brand and organize campaigns with aligned brands and influencers to assist with audience expansion Support customer service and community team with comments and inquiries Support miscellaneous team needs and events (shipping, set up, clean up, etc.) as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree At least 8+ years in content marketing, social media, public relations, journalism, corporate communications or related Strong project management or organizational skills In-depth knowledge and understanding of content marketing and social media platforms and their respective participants Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of content management and social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google/Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video form Has relevant industry experience, technical knowledge, and demonstration of successful management of campaigns Excellent writing skills and attention to detail Creative brainstorming ability Experience driving audience expansion and diversity efforts on organic social media Understands how to adjust strategy to meet core KPIs Exposure with tools to track analytics (ex Google Analytics) and social listening tools Previous experience overseeing and mentoring junior team members Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Good technical understanding of the baby care market, clean beauty, and health and wellness a plus #LW1 #LI-REMOTE #LI-PIPETTE At Amyris, we believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) is essential to our core values.
