| Job Description : | Senior Technical Writer, Enterprise Imaging We’re looking for a senior technical writer who can hit the ground running, working with our Agile-focused teams to deliver documentation for our on-prem and cloud-based imaging products. You will be a key member of our product documentation group supporting our radiology products, working with stakeholders across the globe to drive the creation of clear, relevant, and user-focused content for international markets. You will help shape content for product solutions that are transforming patient care, for example, by enabling streamlined clinical workflows with AI-enabled functionality and allowing accessible, secure cloud delivery. You have excellent writing skills along and the ability to manage deliverables for multiple product lines and concurrent releases. You understand how to produce content that aligns with style, brand, and product requirements. About our group We are a team of experienced writers who work together collaboratively. We embrace learning and are always looking for ways to improve the customer’s end-user experience. Day-to-day, we use a variety of tools and technologies and engage with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, QC, and Regulatory to create content. MadCap Flare is our primary authoring tool. Responsibilities Using product requirements, create targeted instructional, reference, UI, and release note content for our on-prem and subscription-based cloud products Write content that meets end user needs, aligns with our corporate style, and supports our business and regulatory requirements Collaborate with the writing team and other cross-functional team members to drive MVP outcomes Manage release deliverables to meet regulatory and traceability requirements Provide peer review of content authored by other technical writers, and as needed, other customer-facing product content authored by release teams As needed, facilitate localization workflows including coordinating with release teams and vendors, and driving standards Provide input to authoring processes and practices as we evolve our workflows to support continuous development and publishing for our Cloud-based products Qualifications 8 years technical writing experience Experience working with Agile software development methodologies and processes MadCap Flare skills strongly preferred Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and easy to understand content Knowledge of information design, presentation of data, language conventions, and communication principles Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Proven ability to work independently and in teams Some knowledge of localization processes Nice to have Experience writing product content in a regulated industry Experience writing technical documentation for a medical device Experience managing localization workflows HTML5 and CSS design skills Knowledge of content creation and delivery mechanisms for CI/CD publishing Experience writing about Cloud-based technologies using CI/CD processes Interest in instructional design and information architecture Experience working with content management systems, knowledge base systems, and other information-delivery platforms Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
