Posted Job Title Sr. Content Producer – Programs, Wharton Marketing and Communications Job Profile Title Communications Specialist Job Description Summary The Senior Content Producer of Programs, Wharton Marketing and Communications, is responsible for creating digital content assets that advance marketing efforts and align with, promote, and strengthen the Brand of the Wharton School. Job Description Reporting to the Sr. Director of Content & Creative Services, the Senior Content Producer of Programs is responsible for creating digital content assets that advance marketing efforts and align with, promote, and strengthen the Brand of the Wharton School. These assets include stories, blogs, graphics, website content, landing pages, social, email, video, print, and other materials. The Sr. Content Producer will actively work with our academic program partners helping to elevate the reputation, revenue, and impact of each program. Implement the School’s content strategy and editorial and content standards which are based on industry best practices and Brand guidelines; develop and maintains strong, high level client relationships across the University and School and shares best practices in content creation across the School. Work collaboratively across diverse academic program groups at the School to develop an understanding of clients’ objectives and strategy and create appropriately branded assets that achieve the clients’ goals. Serve as a content strategist for new and existing web projects and objectives, including the collaboration of storyboarding and scripting for video projects with the multimedia producer and/or freelance support. Create, develop, and manage web content. Identify, oversee and manage the workflow of freelancers and student workers and ensure that projects are on track to meet deadlines and budget. Develop and drive accurate timelines for client work, reliably meeting deadlines and exceeding clients’ expectations. Responsible for ongoing management of the content of Wharton websites, promotional pages/microsites, and other digital assets. Responsible for ongoing updates, maintenance, and recommendations to improve user experience, SEO, and navigation across all Wharton digital properties. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
