|Job Description :||SCOSHA is looking for a Website & Digital Content Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is focused on delivering an integrated strategy to manage key deliverables of our e-commerce, email marketing, and social media platforms to impact revenue, increase conversion, and grow audience.Supporting both the Web and Marketing divisions, this role provides the opportunity for a creative and business savvy individual to develop data-driven content strategies that accelerate sales on scosha.com and produce an engaging digital experience for customers. The main function of this position is to contribute and execute digital content strategies with measurable results that will maintain the SCOSHA brand.The ideal candidate will be passionate about the process of making a website dynamic, up-to-date, personalized and on brand! You will understand the power of continuous optimization and improvement, and will be excited to tackle these opportunities with us. You have a keen sense of how content is translated between web and other digital/social platforms.The ideal candidate is also a project management superstar! You have a deep understand of what works and what doesn’t. You are an exceptional visual storyteller, who can work independently to create videos, photography, graphics and layouts. You are also skilled in creative copywriting, always ensuring that the tone of voice of all content is consistent and on-brand.This position is very hands-on and interfaces with all areas of the company. You must have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly communicate and prioritize. Experience in a fast-pasted, collaborative, and high expectation environment will be crucial to success in this role. Fine jewelry background experience is a big plus.PLEASE NOTE: This position is open exclusively to candidates who can report daily to our Brooklyn office for regular on-site office hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm). This is not a remote position and therefore we cannot accept remote applicants. Please do not apply unless you are local to Brooklyn or are able to commute.On an average day, you will:Analyze website and digital metrics (traffic, sales, trends, etc.) to uncover and report opportunities for improvementsCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Operations) to understand product performance, editorial and campaign requirements, and create valuable merchandising strategies to drive online revenue and increase conversionManage and update online product detail pages as neededCreate custom category/collection pages for target audience segmentsCollaborate with the team on ideas for marketing tactics that will stimulate revenueManage the social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and our digital blog/journal) to ensure alignment with the larger marketing calendarConceptualize and create still imagery, videos, BTS footage and other supporting assets for campaigns such as: product launches, events and activations, brand partnerships, etc.Produce, gather, edit/retouch, curate/layout, copywrite, and publish daily content content in the form of (primarily, but not limited to) photos, videos and GIFsEnsure that we are maximizing the usage of all assets by strategically using them in all channels to maintain cohesivenessResearch and implement industry competitors to drive digital innovation, find solutions, meet business needs, improve efficiencies and reach new audiencesStrategize with the team on creative trends, insights, best practices, and ways to constantly generate ideas and improve content qualityExcel at taking creative direction and integrate feedback into your workProofread, edit and review content for quality, value, uniqueness, and on-brandKey Responsibilities:Plan curated home pages/landing pagesAdmin tasks including new product profiles, product details, file uploads, image crops, copywritingCreate content calendarGather photo/video content and develop asset delivery roadmapsPhotography and retouchingVideography and editingGraphic design and layoutSync social media and email marketing deploymentCreate and monitor digital ad campaignsUnmatched attention to detailSkills & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Communications or Marketing3+ years experience in growing & managing successful ecommerce platformExperience working with ShopifyExperience creating engaging digital content and managing multiple digital media platforms for a luxury brandSignificant knowledge of and experience with Photoshop and Adobe SuiteAdvanced graphic design experience, including strong layoutMust be a creative thinker with an eye for designSkilled photographer and image curatorImpeccable visual communication skillsExcellent writing skills that align with the SCOSHA brandExperience with KlaviyoIn-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analyticsA passion for fine jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, and/or retailMust be highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow throughExperience working with a small team undergoing rapid growthCommitment to quality, attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and highly self-motivatedFlexibility and adaptabilityCompensation DOEJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $41,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Content Creation/Management: 1 year (Preferred)Shopify: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location|
