Job Description : Position Title: Digital Content Producer Position Summary: The Digital Content Producer is key member of the Digital Services Department’s Content and Marketing team, and is dedicated to managing the creation and ongoing development of provider information online. Through close collaboration with senior managers, the director of digital services, and key stakeholders, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that information about Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health providers presents a rich and accurate view of the patient experience. Management of provider related content extends to all Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health owned digital properties, as well as the extended digital footprint through search and third-party directories. While this role is primarily dedicated to management of provider related content, the position also contributes to a diverse array of digital experience projects. Involvement in each project centers on developing and managing high quality, accurate and engaging content for use across a several digital platforms. The incumbent will join a Digital Services team who provide best in class audience experiences through content development, strong user interface design standards and interactions while maintaining strong brand standards. Responsibilities: Serve as lead in building and managing provider online provider profiles distributed across eight Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health owned websites and through third party directories and local listings. Proactively develop relationships with providers and practice managers to continuously develop rich content for provider profiles. Manage the online reputation for providers and key clinical locations. Optimizes supporting content assets including graphics, photography, video, social media or email collateral. Following Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health digital content strategy guidelines, relevant SEO/SEM standards, and organizational objectives works with stakeholders to curate, edit and refine digital based content. Contributes to the development and success of marketing campaigns related to service lines and service line related providers. Performs quality assurance by reviewing existing content according to editorial guidelines ensuring a quality user experience is delivered and remains consistent with brand standards. Regularly reports on success of provider listing and reputation management to manager and senior leaders. Contributes to department administration, including producing user analytics and maintenance tasks. Performs other duties as required or assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 3 years work-related experience ideally in content development, marketing, or website management. Demonstrated ability to develop, edit and write content and write clearly, following best practices for website development and diverse audiences. Working knowledge of structured data and data relationships. Experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience working in website content management systems ideally editing content on large scale websites. Intermediate understanding of HTML and CSS. Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with an ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet challenging timelines and deliver high-quality work end-products. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders throughout the organization. Preferred Qualifications: Previous work experience in a healthcare or higher education setting. Familiarity with YEXT (or equivalent), Google My Business, and reputation management platforms. Working knowledge of marketing tactics, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.Experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
