We provide a flexible work environment where employees can choose where they work, at either of our two offices in Decatur and Huntsville, or at home.What the Website Project Specialist DoesThe Website Project Specialist is the lead project manager and content creator for website development projects. The Website Project Specialist works closely with clients and other team members to plan every aspect of the website, develop content, and determine design and programming approaches through collaboration with the design and programming teams. You will manage projects against goals, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and proactively introducing strategies that address client needs. You should be a great relationship builder capable of establishing credibility and trust in a room full of executive leaders. The Website Project Specialist reports to the President and executive leadership group as required.Specifically, the successful Website Project Specialist will:Serve as lead project manager for website development projects from initial scope planning, to navigation structure development, content organization and copywriting, and coordination of design and programming activities with other team members, keeping projects moving on time and on budgetWork with clients to gather all content and visual assets for websites, organizing and editing and writing content as needed to finalize for programmingWork with clients, the creative lead, and the design team to plan the visual interface for the design, including developing all content and design instructionsCollaborate with design and programming team members, and Digital Solutions Specialist, when developing site content to explore the best approaches for preparing content for specific programming approaches that increase site design quality, user engagement, SEO, and conversionGenerate customized website development proposals, which clearly and accurately articulate client goals and proposed Red Sage solutions and pricingResearch and monitor web industry trends to proactively share knowledge and provide input and suggestions for Red Sage and clientsAssist in the development of new web-related products and servicesAssisting in identifying and implementing approaches that streamline website development processesOther tasks as assignedRequired QualificationsThis is not an entry-level position.
